Nitin has extensive global experience in HR Process Reengineering, HR Strategy, Talent Management & ER roles. In his recent assignment at GENLEAP, Nitin has leveraged his passion and experience in Porcess Reengieering, HR Anaytics Predictive modelling and People Practices to create a cutting-edge career lifecycle management ecosystem; that is India’s first DNA based self-discovery, upskilling and employability platform. He is instrumental in creating multitude of sub frameworks and developing the IP material that fuel’s the platform’s propensity to provide profound insights, achieved through a unique triangulation of Genetic decoding, Psychology and Cognitive Astromancy. His model is backed by innumerable data points from ‘Future of Jobs’ and digital mapping of all possible educational streams and professional avenues.

Earlier, as a Regional Asia Pacific ER Leader with UHG, he provided strategic consulting & thought leadership in an advisory role spanning 9 years. He serviced ER for 6 countries, 19 locations & 7 businesses with an overall employee base of 34000 across the region. He leveraged diverse solution-oriented techniques, Peocess Reingeenering skills & HR framework creationto effectively facilitated difference of opinions with facts, goals, experience & strategies for better problem solving and better decisions/ outcomes for customers, employees and stakeholders.
